Refund policy

At Planet Minifigure, each product is custom-made with great attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of our items, we do not accept returns or give our refunds, unless an item is defective or faulty. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

- Exchanges are only available for a different minifigure of equal value.

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
