United Kingdom
Delivery
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48 as standard. While the typical delivery time is 2 working days for UK mainland addresses, please allow up to 4 working days in some cases. Please note if you have purchased from outside of mainland UK, delivery times will be longer. This includes Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands and Scottish Islands etc.
Because our items are custom made, we ship all orders 24–48 hours after the order has been received, so please ensure you allow for this processing time when calculating the expected delivery date. This timeframe is in addition to the courier’s transit time and is clearly stated in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Standard Tracked48 is free. You can upgrade shipping to Tracked24 for an extra fee.
If your LEGO figure has not arrived within 10 working days from the date of dispatch, please feel free to contact me for further assistance. Kindly note that I am unable to take any action before the 10th working day has passed, as this is the minimum timeframe required by Royal Mail to initiate an investigation.

Tracked Services
We use tracked shipping for all orders to provide detailed delivery information and confirmation of receipt. This ensures peace of mind for you and added security for our small business.
If Royal Mail marks your order as delivered via tracking, we recommend reviewing the tracking details, which may include a photograph of the delivery location and GPS coordinates. Please note that once an item is marked as delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. Royal Mail would need to open an investigation into the delivery and if they confirm it has not been delivered, only at that point can a refund be provided. International Shipping
I offer international shipping on all of my items. Below is breakdown depending on your location:
- Europe (EU) - £13.50.
- North America (Canada & America) - £18
- Asia & Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, most of Asia) - £25
If your country is not included above or is not working at checkout. Please get in touch and I will send you an invoice for the postage amount.
To get your price, you must put your address in at checkout with your country and the postage price will automatically show. All quotes include tracked shipping so you can monitor your parcel’s progress through the postal system. Please note that once your item leaves the UK, I have no control over delivery times and can only provide the estimated delivery time given by the UK postal service at the time of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs & Import Fees
Depending on the value of your order, you may incur customs charges and/or VAT fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are outside of my control and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- For some countries, orders under £120 may avoid customs charges, but this can vary from country to country.
- Please review your country’s import guidelines to understand any potential fees before placing your order. As these charges are beyond my control, I cannot accept responsibility for them or provide refunds or replacements if they occur unexpectedly.
