Shipping policy

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48 as standard. While the typical delivery time is 2 working days for UK mainland addresses, please allow up to 4 working days in some cases. Please note if you have purchased from outside of mainland UK, delivery times will be longer. This includes Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands and Scottish Islands etc.

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is made unless the order is a large order and in which case we will confirm if we require more time. 

You can also pay extra for Tracked24 which puts your order onto a Royal Mail Tracked 24 service which generally takes 1-2 working days. 

If Royal Mail marks your order as delivered via tracking, but you have not received it, we recommend reviewing the tracking details, which may include a photograph of the delivery location and GPS coordinates. Please check any allocated 'safe spaces' or with neighbours. Please note that once an item is marked as delivered by the tracking, we are unable to offer a refund. Royal Mail will need to open an investigation into the delivery and they can then confirm the details and will provide a refund if the item has not been delivered. Please note that Planet Minifigure has no obligation to offer an alternative option such as replacement.
